What the client confirms
The reference letter certifies high-quality workmanship, completed within the time constraints and in a cost-effective manner. It highlights the short lines of communication, which made it possible to respond flexibly and quickly so that the deadlines of the building owner, the Republic of Austria, were not put at risk, as well as the cooperation with the other trades. What this proves
A building site in a property of the Republic of Austria means security requirements, access controls, tight time windows and an acceptance inspection that lets nothing slip through. A firm that finishes on schedule under these conditions will also work cleanly, and with proper advance notice, in an occupied apartment block (Zinshaus).
And what it does not prove
We were a subcontractor for a clearly defined area on the 2nd basement level, not the general contractor for the renovation of Parliament. The reference letter comes from W+R Schirmungstechnik GmbH as our client, not from the Republic of Austria. We state this distinction explicitly because others like to leave it out.

Drywall in special-purpose buildings
Drywall work as a subcontractor for general contractors, including in a care home in Vienna's 10th district. Measurement under ÖNORM, our own site management, sections completed to fixed deadlines.
Tenement building renovation
Renovation of occupied buildings for owners and property managers: risers, façade, roof, communal areas, carried out section by section.
Flat renovation
Complete renovations and gut renovations of flats in period buildings for private clients, landlords and investors, from stripping out to handover.
Commercial properties
Fit-out and renovation while business continues, with work in the evenings and at weekends and dust protection to the areas that remain open.
Why we present references this way
In the Viennese construction industry, it is common for websites to list projects in which a firm was somehow involved – sometimes as a supplier, sometimes not at all. Anyone who asks for proof when obtaining a quotation then gets none. We do things differently: this page shows what a client has confirmed in writing, together with the document. If you need a contact person for a particular area, just ask – where the client agrees, we will name them.
