With acute damage, the order of steps matters. With water damage, first close the main stopcock and notify the insurance; after a fire, wait for the fire brigade's clearance; with loose facade parts, cordon off the area below. Then call or send photos via WhatsApp – emergency measures against consequential damage take priority over the quote with us.

Photos that make a remote assessment possible
Whether we can already give you a usable cost range after your message depends less on the number of pictures than on what can be seen in them. A few tips that make the difference in practice:
- An overview from the corner of the room, in daylight and without zoom, so that size, windows and doors are recognisable.
- The damage close up and with its surroundings, for example a water stain together with the wall above it, so that the source can be narrowed down.
- A scale in the picture, for example a folding rule against a crack or a row of tiles.
- Technical installations that could be affected: fuse box, water meter, boiler or the riser in the shaft.
- Access and surroundings: building entrance, stairwell, courtyard or driveway, because transport routes strongly affect the effort.
A short video in which you walk once through the room often replaces ten individual pictures. For property managers and communities of owners it also helps to state who is placing the order and to whom the quote should be addressed, so that it reaches the right contact person directly. How quickly will I get a reply?
Within two working days, via WhatsApp usually the same working day. The site visit takes place within five working days, and the quote follows within two working days after that.
Does the site visit cost anything?
No, anywhere in Vienna and Klosterneuburg it is free of charge and without obligation. It takes 45 to 90 minutes and ends with a photo report and a first cost range.
Can I get a price without a site visit?
A rough range, yes, based on photos and measurements. A binding fixed price, no – without seeing the building fabric, moisture and access, any exact figure would be a guess, especially in old buildings.
What should I send with my enquiry?
Three to five photos, address or district, approximate size, what is to be done and the time frame. Plans, energy certificate or reports help in addition, if available.
Which way of contacting you is fastest?
WhatsApp, because you can send photos and videos directly. For tenders and bills of quantities email is better, for longer enquiries with plans the form.
What do I do in case of acute damage?
Secure first: turn off the water, switch off the power in the affected area, notify the insurance, cordon off the danger zone. Then call or send photos via WhatsApp. Emergency measures take priority over the quote.
When can you be reached?
Office hours Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. Messages via WhatsApp, email and the form arrive at any time and are dealt with on the next working day.
Where can I find your company details?
Company name, address, commercial register and trade licence details are in the legal notice. The trade licence can also be checked in the public GISA register.
Do you also work for property managers?
Yes. Send the bill of quantities or tender by email. We deliver verifiable quotes with maintenance and improvement shown separately.
Do you also accept small jobs?
From three interlocking trades upwards, a coordinating building contractor is worthwhile. For a single small trade we tell you openly if a specialist firm would be cheaper.
Do you work outside Vienna?

Can I send plans and PDFs?
Yes, via the form up to ten files of 32 MB each, by email as well. Photos are easiest via WhatsApp.
Is the enquiry binding?
No. Enquiry, site visit and quote are free and without obligation. It only becomes binding with your written order.
What happens to my data?
We use it exclusively to process your enquiry. Details are in the privacy policy.
Is a video enough instead of individual photos?
Often, yes. A calm walk-through of one to two minutes in daylight usually shows room size, condition and access better than many individual pictures. Add one or two close-ups of the damaged area with a scale in the picture, so that details such as crack widths or tile formats can be recognised.
To whom is the quote addressed for a community of owners?
To the client, usually the community of owners, represented by the property management. State in your enquiry who is placing the order and who should receive the documents. For work in a single apartment that affects common parts, it can make sense to split the quote into items for the community and for the apartment owner.
